Curated Loyalty Program

Curated Loyalty points unlock exclusive rewards, like access to exclusive products, 50% off discounts, and more.   

Each time you shop through while logged in to a Creator’s storefront or shared link, you earn loyalty points connected to that creator. Continued purchases unlock rewards. 

All orders qualify based on the total order value after any discounts, taxes, and shipping fees are applied. 

Both customers and creators earn loyalty points tied to each purchase.  

If a customer checks out through another customer’s shared link, the purchaser earns points—and the customer who shared the link earns points as well. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure you’re logged in when shopping. Only logged-in purchases count toward earning and redeeming rewards.

Claiming Your Rewards

Loyalty points refresh each month and do not roll over.

Rewards are limited to one per person per month and must be used by the 15th of the following month.

Your reward will appear on the storefront where it was earned. Log in to your account to view and redeem it.

To redeem:

  1. If it’s your first time, you’ll be prompted to register your address before claiming it
  2. Add the reward to your cart and complete checkout before it expires
Rewards must be shipped to the registered address on your account. If you need to update it, please reach out to customer care.
