What is a Curated Subscription? 

Curated Subscription is a monthly subscription experience that lets you automatically receive your favorite, must-have products each month. You can mix subscription items and one-time add-ons, manage everything in one place, and enjoy an extra 5%–10% off your purchase.  



How do the subscription savings work? 

With a Curated Subscription, savings are simple and automatic: 



When you have an active subscription item: 
  1. Extra 5% off existing deals, applied to your entire subscription order 
  2. Free shipping 


When your subscription includes three eligible items:* 

  1. Extra 5% off existing deals, applied to your entire subscription order 
  2. Free shipping 
  3. Free gift with purchase 


When your subscription includes four or more eligible items:* 

  1. Extra 10% off existing deals, applied to your entire subscription order 
  2. Free shipping 
  3. Free gift with purchase 

 

These perks apply to every recurring subscription delivery, as long as your subscription includes the qualifying number of items at the time it ships. 
 
* Eligible items must have a retail value of at least $20 USD, $26 CAD, $29 AUD, $32 NZD, 17 GBP, 22 EUR, $372 MXN, or HK$155. “Last Chance” products count toward the item total but do not qualify for additional discounts.  



What products can I subscribe to? 

You can subscribe to any products offered on your Curated creator’s storefront that are marked as subscription-eligible. 

 

To get started: 

  1. Visit your Curated creator’s storefront. 
  2. Click Subscribe on any eligible product. 
  3. You’ll be guided to create a Curated account and build your Curated Subscription 

 

You can also add any item available for purchase on Curated as a one-time add on to your subscription. These products ship with your subscription and are automatically removed the following month. 



Which products are eligible for subscription savings? 

Any eligible products included in your Curated Subscription count toward unlocking savings. 

 

Once your subscription includes at least one active subscription item and a total of four eligible items, you unlock: 

  1. 25% off your entire order 
  2. Free shipping 
  3. A free gift 

 

These benefits apply to the full subscription order once the four-item threshold is met. 



Can I change my subscription to add more products? 

Yes! You can add or remove products any time before your subscription locks.  

 

Simply: 

  1. Log into your Curated account 
  2. Open your Curated Subscription 
  3. Add, remove, or skip individual items. You can also add new subscription products and 
  4. One-time products (ship once and auto-remove). 

 

Your savings update automatically based on how many active subscription items are in your order. 



How do I set up a subscription? 

To start a Curated Subscription: 

  1. Visit your Creator’s website. 
  2. Click Subscribe on a product. 
  3. You’ll be taken to your Curated Subscription, where you can add more items. 

 

That’s it — your subscription will now process monthly. 



How do I manage my Curated Subscription? 

You manage everything from your Curated Dashboard: 

  1. Log into your Curated account. 
  2. Open the Menu. 
  3. Select Curated Subscription. 

 

From here, you can: 

  1. View upcoming deliveries 
  2. Edit or remove items 
  3. Update billing and shipping 
  4. Skip or cancel your subscription 


How often will I receive products? 

Your subscription processes once per month on your scheduled delivery day. 



How do I cancel a subscription? 

You can cancel anytime: 

  1. Log into your Curated account. 
  2. Open the Menu → Subscription. 
  3. Scroll to the bottom. 
  4. Click Cancel and confirm. 

 

Your subscription status will change from Active → Canceled, and no future shipments will process. 



How do I skip a subscription order? 

To skip a month: 

  1. Log into your Curated account. 
  2. Open Menu → Subscription. 
  3. Scroll down and select Skip. 

 

Skipping keeps your subscription active for the following month. 



What is the difference between skipping and canceling? 

Skipping pauses just the upcoming month. 

Canceling stops the subscription completely.  



How do I update my billing information? 

You can manage your billing directly from your Curated account.  

 

To do so:  

  1. Log into your Curated Account 
  2. Open the Menu → Subscription.  
  3. Scroll down and update saved cards or payment method.  

 

Changes apply immediately and will be reflected when your next subscription processes. 



How do I update my shipping address? 

Your shipping address can be updated anytime directly in your Curated account. The new address will apply to future subscriptions. 

 

To make this change:  

  1. Open the Menu → Subscription 
  2. Manage Details → Update your delivery address 


How do I change the products in my subscription? 

Open the Menu → Subscription 

 

Here you can: 

  1. Remove individual items, by clicking Remove/Skip on the individual items showing in your active subscription.  
  2. Add new subscription items, by clicking “Add more products”. 
  3. Add one-time products, by selecting products from the “Subscribable Products” section of the page. 

 

All changes must be made before your subscription locks for the month. 



What happens if a product is unavailable? 

If a product becomes unavailable before your subscription processes, you’ll be notified and can replace or remove it before it locks. 

Your subscription will not ship until all required items are available or updated. 


When does my Curated Subscription lock? 
Your Curated Subscription locks one day before the upcoming billing date, which is 10 days before the delivery day. All changes must be made before then. 

Do subscription orders receive free shipping? 

Yes. All Curated orders containing at least one eligible item* SHIP FREE!

When will I know my subscription is processing? 

You’ll receive an email 11 days before your delivery date with: 

  1. Billing date 
  2. Delivery date 
  3. Lock date 
  4. Full product list 

 

Use this reminder to make any changes before your subscription ships. 



Can I receive my subscription earlier? 

Yes. You can adjust your delivery date directly in your Curated Subscription before it locks. To do this you:  

  1. Open the Menu → Subscription 
  2. My delivery day → Edit 


Which markets are eligible to participate in Curated Subscriptions? 

Curated Subscriptions are available in all markets to which Curated ships. Product availability and shipping options may vary by country depending on the Creator’s selections and local regulations.
