Getting an Additional Discount on Your First Order

New customers may be eligible for an additional discount on their first order when shopping on the platform. 

 

1. Opting in to SMS 

New customers who choose to opt in to SMS communications may receive an additional 5% discount applied to their first purchase. 

This discount is applied automatically at checkout. 


2. Sharing with a Friend 
Existing customers can offer a discount to new customers by clicking the “Share” button on a Creator’s shop page and sending the link via text, group chat, email, or social media. There is no limit to how often an existing customer can share this link. 

When a new customer uses this link, they receive an additional 5% off their first order.  

The discount applies automatically at checkout. 

 

What You Need to Know 

  1. The discount applies only to first-time customers 
  2. No code is required 
  3. No action is needed beyond using the link or opting in 
  4. Discounts apply automatically at checkout 
  5. These discounts cannot be stacked. Customers may use either a shared discount link or the SMS signup discount, not both. 

Sharing a discount is optional and casual—similar to texting a product to a friend or sending a link in a group chat. 

 

Does Sharing a Discount Change My Account? 

No. Sharing a discount does not: 

  1. make you a Creator 
  2. change your account status 
  3. require you to sell or promote anything 

It’s simply a way to help someone new get started.
