How to Cancel or Skip Your KomigoBox Subscription

Overview
You can cancel or skip your KomigoBox subscription anytime directly from your Komigo Dashboard. Whether you’re taking a break or switching brands, managing your subscription only takes a few taps.
Step 1: Open Your Komigo Dashboard
Sign in to your Komigo account.
From your Dashboard, open the Menu.
Select Komigo Box from the list.
Step 2: Review Your KomigoBox
When your KomigoBox opens, you’ll see your current items, delivery details, and subscription status.
If your box is empty, you can cancel or skip directly from this screen.
You can also scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Cancel Box or Skip Box.
Step 3: Confirm Cancellation
Once you confirm, your KomigoBox status will change from Active → Canceled.
This update ensures your next scheduled shipment will not be processed.
Important Notes
You can reactivate your KomigoBox at any time by subscribing to new products.
If you skip a box instead of canceling, your subscription will remain active for the next month’s delivery.
