Order and Return Policy

At Curated, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we offer and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Customer Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, replacement, or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns
  1. Consumable products (skincare, cosmetics, supplements, essential oils) must be unused or at least 50% full.
  2. Non-consumable items (makeup brushes, mirrors, diffusers, accessories) must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  3. Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
  4. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of company error or product defect.

Ineligible Returns
Items marked final sale or discontinued.
Products that have been heavily used, altered, or damaged (except for defective or quality issues).
Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery, unless required by law.

Promotional Items & Free Gifts With Purchase 
  1. If your order qualified for a free or promotional item (including gifts with purchase or limited-time offers), the promotional item must be returned if the qualifying products are returned.
  2. If the promotional item is not returned, or if a partial return causes the remaining order total to fall below the promotional threshold, the retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund. The retail value will be based on the item’s listed selling price at the time of purchase.
  3. All promotional items must be returned at least 50% full or in good condition to qualify for a full refund. 

Exchanges
Exchanges are generally processed as a return plus a new order, except for color, shade, or scent preferences. Customers may return the original item (meeting the conditions above) for an exchange.
For shade match concerns (such as foundation or concealer), a physical return is not required. Please contact our support team for assistance with an exchange or alternative resolution.

Quality Concerns & Defective Products
Curated guarantees the quality and functionality of all Curated-owned products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
  1. To process your claim, the following documentation is required: 
  2. Clear photos and/or video evidence showing the defect or damage 
  3. A visible image of the product LOT/batch number (if applicable) 
  4. Your order number and the name used to place the order 
  5. A brief written description of the issue 
Incomplete submissions may delay or prevent claim approval. 

For quality concerns, defects, adverse reactions, warranty issues, or product performance claims relating to products from independent brands sold on our platform, such matters must be handled in accordance with the respective brand owner’s policies. Curated is an authorized retail partner for select brands and does not administer defect or warranty claims on their behalf. 
 
If you are unsure whether a product is owned by Curated or an independent brand partner, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number, and we will direct you to the appropriate claims process. 

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Customer Care to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely and include your order number and RMA.
  3. Ship the return using a trackable method to the address provided in your return confirmation.

Additional Information
  1. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
  2. Products purchased through unauthorized sellers are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Curated reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated above.
  4. Curated reserves the right to require returns for shade concerns or deny requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive claims. 
In cases where products are covered by a brand or partner warranty or satisfaction guarantee, Curated will assist in facilitating or honoring that coverage in accordance with the terms provided by the respective brand.
