Setting Up Your iPayout Payment Profile

Your iPayout account is where you’ll receive and manage your commission payouts. 


The setup process is quick, and once you’re done, you’ll be ready to get paid. 

Before You Start 

After your account is created, you’ll receive a registration email with your login details. Follow the link in that email to begin setup. 


Step 1: Log In & Confirm Your Information 

Once you log in: 
  1. You’ll see a quick setup guide to watch 
  2. Confirm or enter your personal details: 
    1. Full legal name as it’s listed on your tax documents 
    2. Date of birth 
    3. Address 


Step 2: Verify Your Identity 

You’ll be asked to provide your tax identification number. 

This varies by country. 
  1. U.S.: SSN or ITIN 
  2. Canada: SIN 
  3. Australia: TFN 
  4. New Zealand: IRD 
  5. UK: TIN 
  6. Ireland: PPSN or TRN 
  7. Germany: IdNr 
  8. France: NIF 
  9. Spain: NIF 
  10. Italy: CF 
  11. Portugal: NIF 
  12. Belgium: NN 
  13. Austria: UID or TIN 
  14. Netherlands: BSN, BTW-id, or BTW-nr 
  15. Poland: NIP 
  16. Denmark: CPR or CVR 
  17. Luxembourg: PEID or No. TVA 
  18. Mexico: RFC 

Enter numbers only (no spaces or special characters). 

Step 3: Set Your Security Details 

You’ll create: 
  1. A Transaction PIN (used to move money) 
  2. Three security questions 

Write these down somewhere safe. 

You’ll need them to reset your PIN or access your account later. 


Step 4: Review & Confirm 

Before finishing: 
  1. Double-check all your information 
  2. Make any corrections 

Once you confirm, iPayout will need to verify any changes.


Step 5: Complete Required Documents 

Depending on your location, you may need to: 
  1. Complete a tax form (like a W-9 in the U.S.) 
  2. Upload an ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) 

These documents are required to fully activate your account. 

Step 6: Add Your Bank Account 

Once your account is verified: 
  1. Go to Withdraw Funds 
  2. Add your bank account details 
  3. Choose checking or savings 

You can: 
  1. Add multiple bank accounts 
  2. Set one as automatic for payouts 

Make sure your bank address matches your bank records to avoid transfer issues. 

And that’s it! Your iPayout account is fully set up. 


Transferring Funds 

When you’re ready: 
  1. Select your bank account 
  2. Choose your transfer method
